Field Event Program
Description: The Levi’s® Field Event is a year-round resource for local event planning by field leaders to boost store foot traffic. It's an opportunity to create events that align with brand needs, such as Back-to-School, Halloween, Fall Arrivals, Music Festivals, etc. An "event" here refers to any initiative to drive in-store traffic, from weekend GWPs to in-store customization workshops. District and Store Managers should use this resource to spot local opportunities that align with Levi’s® Retail Marketing and Brand Priorities, executing events using provided marketing assets, tiered offers, benefits, and processes.
Challenge: Supporting stores with the correct activation that will lead to increased traffic & sales.
Strategy: Pick stores in specific districts who have decreased traffic month after month. Communicate with the stores and work with them to create the best event possible. The store manager and employees are the experts!
Results: Supported 30 different stores across the United States with unique activations to increase sales & traffic. Every event increased traffic between 5% - 35% and sales by 2% - 25%.
