MBX Mailbox

Description: The Retail Marketing team has a separate mailboxes that supports mall partners, store requests, and local events. I maintained the mailbox by responding to all emails and whatever action item each email contained. Action items including sending GWPs, sending gift cards, supporting a mall partner event, providing in-person support, & paying invoices.

Challenge: Responding & supporting the mailbox on-top of my individual work.

Strategy: Check the mailbox daily in the morning and update the master tracker with any updates or notes from requests.

Results: Responded and supported 100+ requesting from different parties.
